TRIM
Summary
TRIM is an excellent time management tool to help people at all levels in an organisation gain control of their working lives with a view to maximising their effective use of the ultimately limited resource “time”. People benefit from TRIM as soon as they start. The increased control they gain leads to increased productivity, quality and enjoyment, whilst stress levels fall significantly.
TRIM, is centred on the individual and their ability to manage their daily working (and personal!) lives. TRIM is about maximising opportunities, managing information and relationships and utilising the available time to the individual’s (and organisation’s!) best advantage.
