Kirsty from Excelr8 has background is in sales and retail having worked in Marks & Spencer, Mars and Mattel. Her last “proper job” was selling Barbie dolls as Business Development Manager and this led her into the world of coaching and training.
She works very closely with businesses and individuals ensuring the maximum success. Called a “business booster” and “all round good deed doer” her passion for her field is evident and the energy she exudes in training, one to ones and speaker sessions is infectious.

Methodology
You will receive a multimedia pack prior to coming on the course. This allows you to listen to your nlp in a pod ™ on iPod, read the Excelr8 book and digest the information in your own time. The major benefit of this is that you spend the majority of the time on the course practising and refining all the techniques.
We place a heavy emphasis on learning the techniques. We want you to be the best Practitioners you can be as soon as you leave our course.
