Maximillion Learning & Development is part of the multi-award winning creative event management and communications agency, Maximillion Ltd. We improve business performance by taking an action led approach.  We take time to understand what you want, apply our approach, and design a bespoke programme which will achieve your objectives and deliver performance orientated results.  Our programmes are experiential in terms of scope, using current theoretical models and aiming to develop the individuals within teams and teams within organisations. Our programmes involve a balanced mix of facilitated discussion, reflection and planning using practical participative tools to provide the learning platform.

Team Building Interventions

Facilitated group experiences:

We enrich the content of a large group intervention or other corporate gathering though dynamic facilitated sessions. Approaches include Open Space Technology, Retrospective, Values in Action
Individual and team profiling

We use profiling tools such as BELBIN Team Role Types and Myers Briggs (MBTI) to create a common language, examine and maximise team strengths, as well as pinpointing areas for development.  Maximillion is an accredited BELBIN Team Role profiling centre.

Business simulation models:

We take a hypothetical scenario or business process and simulate this through an event experience.  Models include Kinetic Connections, All-a-Board, In the Pipeline and TeamWorks.

Team-based programmes:

We develop team performance to deliver transferable results by creating a programme around your objectives. These include corporate Graduate Development programmes, Creative Visioning – Footsteps to the Future and online teambuilding through Infiniteams games-based learning.Maximillion is an approved TPLD Infiniteams reseller partner.

Learning Labs:
