Co-founded and led by Neville Pritchard and Ian Carlton, INL Consultancy offers the total management of learning. We ensure alignment of learning to organisation needs that will enable your investment to achieve the results that suit an organisations' goals and culture.

Neville is a strategist, practitioner and thought leader with over 22 years experience in learning and development at senior and executive level, including Learning Director at Barclays Bank and Head of Group Training and Management Development at Abbey National. Neville was recently recognised in the Marquis 2007 Who’s Who in the World publication for his contributions to the betterment of contemporary society and learning and development in Financial Services. Neville is immediate Past President and Global Network development advisor of ASTD-UK and until the end of 2005 served as Chair of the Financial Services Skills Council Major Employer Advisory Forum.

Ian has over 17 years experience in learning and development. He has worked extensively in the financial and professional services sector with organisations such as PWC, Britannic Assurance, Zurich Financial Services, and Eagle Star where he designed and implemented their award winning Professional Development Foundation. More recently he was Head of Learning Policy and Practice for Barclays Bank.

Both Neville and Ian regularly speak at global conferences on learning strategy implementation.
